	Jaquilla was last seen on September 5, 2001 in her bed at 12:30 AM.  She was discovered missing at 3:00 AM.  Social workers removed her two year old brother from the home not long after she disappeared at the request of the police.  Police said they were concerned about the living conditions and about Jaquilla's disappearance.
