Rachel Geraldine Pratt
	Rachel was last seen in Garden City, Kansas on January 15, 1995.  She disappeared at the time when her 18 year old boyfriend was being prosecuted for having unlawful sexual relations with her when she was a minor.  Since she disappeared, there was no witness against him and all charges were dropped.  Rachel has not tried to get another birth certificate, a driver's lisence, or a Social Security card, and there is no record she ever delivered a child.
