| Catherine moved to Overland Park, Kansas from Wichita Falls, Texas in 1987. She was born in Korea but grew up in Texas after being adopted. She worked at Equi-II, a management consulting firm created by serial killer, John Edward Robinson. After no one heard from her in weeks, her brother called the police and he then spent eight months doing his own investigation. He staked out Robinson's office at one point, but after police talked to Robinson they couldn't connect him with Catherine's disappearance. Her disappearance has been connected to Robinson and also to the missing persons cases of Lisa Stasi, Tiffany Stasi, and Paula Godrey as well as the murder of several other women.
