Star Gail Boomer
	Star was last seen on February 23, 1999 at Uncle Mike's Bar near 49th Street and Metropolitan in Kansas City, Kansas.  Witnesses at the bar told authorities she was involved in an altercation with another person at the bar during the evening.  That other person is believed to be a career criminal with a history of violent behavior towards women.  He allegedly knocked her to the ground causing her to lose consciousness.  Police believe several people may know something about this case, but have not come forward with any information.  Foul play is suspected in Star's case due to the circumstances involved. Star has a tattoo of a rose on her chest, a tattoo of a bear on her outer right ankle, and a partial with wire.  She was wearing blue jeans, athletic shoes, a blue jean jacket, and carrying a purse with 80.00 in cash.
